Who is On Deck for?
On Deck is built for high-school baseball players working on their recruiting journey, with support from parents and guardians. Athlete signup is open for players ages 13 and older. Profiles for children under 13 are not supported.
How do I get started?
Choose Get started and enter your email. You’ll verify it with an email code, add your player details, and start building your recruiting plan. No invitation is required. Players ages 13–17 need a reviewed parent or legal guardian and their consent before recruiting tools open. Need help with access? Contact support.
Does my player site go public right away?
No. Your site begins as a private draft. You choose what to share and when to publish. Players under 18 also need a parent or legal guardian to approve the site before it goes public.
Does On Deck contact coaches for me?
You can prepare message drafts and log the contact you make. Saving a draft or recording a conversation does not send a message to a coach.
Does On Deck guarantee an offer?
No. On Deck helps you organize and work on recruiting. It does not promise recruitment, offers, scholarships, admission, or playing time.
